The Standard is seeking a Proposal Specialist (Sales Analyst) on the Employee Benefits team to manage the RFP process for new and existing business, combining relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills.

You will collaborate with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters and Employers to deliver accurate proposals, administer re-quotes, and maintain Salesforce data, ensuring competitive pricing and exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Group Employee Benefits Products, underwriting guidelines, Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Certifications/Licensures: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory will be required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate RFP risks for amendments & new groups
• Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements
• Analyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy
• Administer re-quotes and corrections
• Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline
