Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Sales Analyst on the Employee Benefits team to manage RFP processes and collaborate with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers to deliver optimal proposals. The role emphasizes relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills in a high-visibility insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Group Employee Benefits Products, underwriting guidelines; Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office territory required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFP risks for amendments & new groups.
• Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements.
• Analyze RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy.
• Administer re-quotes and corrections.
• Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline.
