Job summary

The Standard in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Proposal Specialist (Sales Analyst) to manage the RFP process for both new and existing employee benefits business. You will blend relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills to secure optimal outcomes for employers, brokers, and internal partners.

In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters and Employers. Central time zone residence is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Group Employee Benefits products and underwriting guidelines; Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office territory will be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFP process for new and existing/growing business.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters and Employers to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrate customer-focused, analytical problem-solving in a fast-paced insurance environment.
