Job summary

Wilson Language Training is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support timely development and delivery of high-quality responses to RFPs, state adoptions, and related initiatives. You will collaborate across teams, edit proposals, and maintain content accuracy under tight deadlines.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, content management in the Content Library, and alignment with state standards. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years’ RFP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience with government RFPs and proposals (K-12 preferred).
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint Online.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
• Understanding of best practices in literacy instruction and teacher training/professional learning practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, tracks and prioritizes submission opportunities across procurement systems.
• Supports Content Library management and develops proposal content with SMEs and Proposal Director.
• Provides administrative support on proposals (drafting, editing, formatting, forms, portals).
• Maintains databases of past submissions and reference materials.
• Assists with alignment matrices mapping curricula/assessments to state standards.
• Tracks award/no-award outcomes and supports post-submission debriefs.
• Keeps current on program and professional learning developments and revisions.
• Upholds Wilson values and confidentiality in all tasks.
