Job summary

Wilson Language Training Corporation seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support timely development and submission of high-quality responses to RFPs, state adoptions, and related initiatives across education markets.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with proposal tools and Microsoft Office; 3–5 years in government proposals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of government RFP/proposal experience preferred (K-12 education a plus).
• Proven ability to write, edit, and format compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track and prioritize submission opportunities using procurement systems.
• Coordinate proposals with subject matter experts and Proposal Director.
• Draft, edit and format proposal sections; manage online submissions.
• Maintain databases of past submissions and reference materials.
• Align curricula/assessments with state standards mappings.
• Monitor outcomes and document lessons learned for future bids.
• Stay current on program developments and preserve confidentiality.
