Job summary

The Standard is seeking an experienced RFP Manager to lead multi‑functional bids, coordinating with sales, marketing, underwriting, legal, and other subject matter experts to produce accurate, compelling proposals. You will manage intake through final submission in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

This role requires strong organization, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to interpret requirements to produce customer‑facing materials.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in project management or supporting RFPs/proposals.
• Strong organization, time-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with proposal development tools and content libraries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission.
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content.
• Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Recommend process improvements and help enhance RFP response efficiency.
