Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an RFP Specialist to drive the response process for broker RFPs and RFIs across the business. In this role you will coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other subject matter experts to produce accurate, compelling, and on-time submissions.

The RFP Specialist reports into the Director of Product Marketing. Candidates should have strong writing and organizational skills and be comfortable coordinating across departments to keep a process moving without direct

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Organized and able to manage several deadline-driven tasks concurrently.
• Able to coordinate across departments and keep a process moving without direct authority over contributors.
• Familiar with SharePoint, Excel, and proposal software.

Responsibilities

• Manage broker RFP/RFI response execution from intake through submission, following timelines and review steps.
• Review RFP/RFI documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and escalation needs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and subject matter experts to gather content and meet schedules.
• Draft and edit proposal content using existing messaging and templates, tailoring language to each buyer.
• Check each submission against formatting, content, and delivery requirements before it is sent.
• Maintain and organize the RFP content library with messaging and boilerplate up-to-date.
• Track submission status and outcomes, and flag patterns or process gaps to your manager.
