Job summary

AE Works Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing and business development across the firm. You will craft RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and marketing collateral while coordinating with technical staff and leadership.

The role focuses on producing high-quality submissions for federal, state, and local markets and requires collaboration across disciplines. Located in Pittsburgh, PA or Washington, DC with occasional site travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RFP response and proposal development.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft or Google Suite, and Adobe software.
• Comfortable using cloud-based and mobile technology for day-to-day communication.
• Proven ability to produce timely, consistent, and error-free work to defined standards.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ and RFP responses, plus other marketing collateral.
• Develop high-quality proposals and qualifications packages for diverse markets.
• Review draft and final SOQs and proposals for responsiveness and detail.
• Manage end-to-end proposal and presentation processes with strong design.
• Maintain brand templates and materials such as PowerPoint decks and letterhead.
• Partner with BD and technical staff to support pipeline tracking and CRM accuracy.
• Contribute to weekly team coordination meetings.
