Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist II to support our Program Management marketing team on responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. Hybrid role based in or near Arlington, VA; Annapolis Junction, MD; Philadelphia, PA with options for remote days.

You will lead proposal strategy, coordinate with capture teams, and ensure compliance while producing compelling content across marketing materials. Strong writing and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 2 years in marketing/proposal activity within the AEC industry or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite; strong writing/editing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFQ and RFP, across Program Management disciplines.
• Lead proposal strategy with capture teams and apply win themes.
• Develop proposal outlines and schedule for compliance.
• Run proposal team meetings and coordinate revisions.
• Write, edit, and coordinate proposal content for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate graphics with the graphics team.
• Coordinate with subconsultants for marketing materials.
• Perform quality assurance on proposal materials for grammar and detail.
• Handle final layout in InDesign and produce hard copies if needed.
