Job summary

AECOM seeks a Proposal Specialist II to support the Program Management marketing team on pursuits, including RFQ/RFP responses and pre-qualification efforts. Hybrid work options with location flexibility across the US, including PA.

You will coordinate strategy, content, and graphics to deliver compelling, compliant proposals. Minimum 2 years in marketing/proposal work and strong writing/editing skills are required; proficiency in InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equiv. with 2+ years in marketing or proposals.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and desktop publishing.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and collaborative tools.
• Ability to write, edit, and coordinate compliant proposal materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFQ and RFP across multiple disciplines.
• Lead or participate in strategy development with capture teams.
• Develop proposal outlines and compliance schedules.
• Coordinate graphics, organization charts, maps, flow charts.
• Quality check materials for grammar and consistency.
• Perform final layout in InDesign and produce hard copies if required.
