Job summary

Fleetio is seeking an Associate Proposals Consultant to own day-to-day drafting and coordination for RFx responses, working with the Proposals Consultant on strategic opportunities. You’ll craft evaluator-ready answers, gather input from Product, Security, Legal, and Customer Success, and help maintain a scalable response library and workflow.

You will join a function tightly linked to measurable revenue outcomes, with room to grow as the SRM program scales and matures.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of proposal management or RFx writing experience for commercial or public sector clients.
• Strong business writing skills: plain English, active voice, specific over generic.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and submit RFx responses (RFI, RFP, security questionnaires) with AI assistance.
• Coordinate input from Product, Security, Legal, and Customer Success under tight deadlines.
• Work with Account Executives from intake to submission to shape evaluator-facing messaging.
• Validate technical, compliance, and contractual answers with cross-functional SMEs.
• Track outcomes and surface trends to improve pursuit decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SRM workflows, tooling, and content.
