Allied Universal is seeking a Proposal Development Representative to oversee RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes for new opportunities and existing clients. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Pricing to craft high-quality materials and manage deliverables from request to delivery.

You’ll write, edit, and format content, maintain the proposal library, and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with relevant experience in proposal development.
• 2+ years experience in proposal development/administrative tasks.
• Experience with government or commercial RFPs and procurement portals.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the central point for RFI/RFQ/RFP requests and timelines.
• Manage bid platforms and ensure on-time submissions.
• Analyze solicitation documents for compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Pricing to gather information.
• Prepare, edit, and tailor proposal responses using the library.
• Maintain proposal library software and manage electronic files.
• Provide status updates and monitor deadlines for all proposals.
• Support post-submittal follow-up as needed.
