ADP is hiring a Proposal Consultant within its Commercial Operations Center of Excellence. This role supports sales and internal teams in developing high-quality RFx responses, leveraging our content database and designated software to meet deadlines across multiple business units.

You will draft executive summaries, cover letters, and edit documents to ensure consistency and accuracy, while collaborating with Product, Operations and Sales.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in technical, proposal or business writing.
• Experience supporting proposals or providing sales support.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial drafts of RFx responses using designated software.
• Track changes and delays with stakeholder involvement.
• Manage version control and merge input from Product, Operations and Sales.
• Develop executive summaries and cover letters aligned with sales messaging.
• Edit final documents for tone and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of service capabilities and future direction.
• Build effective relationships with internal clients.
