Acrisure is seeking an RFP Specialist to manage the end-to-end response process for broker RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other SMEs to deliver accurate, on-time submissions.

This on-site role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and emphasizes writing, content editing, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, B2B insurance/fintech environment. 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Competenze

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Organized, able to manage several deadline-driven tasks.
• Coordinate across departments without direct authority; maintain momentum.
• Comfortable with SharePoint, Excel, and proposal software.
• Interest in insurance, financial services, or a complex B2B field.

Mansioni

• Manage broker RFP/RFI response execution from intake through submission.
• Review documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and escalation needs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and SMEs to gather content and keep on schedule.
• Draft and edit proposal content using templates and messaging.
• Check submissions against formatting and delivery requirements.
• Maintain and organize the RFP content library for easy access.
• Track submission status and flag patterns or gaps to management.
