Acrisure is seeking an RFP Specialist to support the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) across the business. You will coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other experts to produce accurate, compelling submissions, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.

The role requires 3–5 years in proposal coordination, strong writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating proposals, RFPs, or related marketing roles.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales or subject matter experts is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance brokerage or employee benefits consulting industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage broker RFP/RFI response execution from intake through submission, following established timelines and review steps.
• Review RFP/RFI documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines, and flag anything that needs escalation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other subject matter experts to gather content and keep responses on schedule.
• Draft and edit proposal content using existing messaging and templates, tailoring language to each buyer where needed.
• Check each submission against formatting, content, and delivery requirements before it goes out.
• Maintain and organize the RFP content library, keeping messaging, boilerplate, and past responses current and easy to find.
• Track submission status and outcomes, and flag patterns or process gaps to your manager.
