Job summary

WCL Group in Plano, TX is seeking a detail-oriented program administrator to support the client's service network management. You will monitor registrations and applications through the internal portal, prepare submissions, and maintain master data across customers and vendors.

You will also participate in the RFI/RFP process, prepare scope documents, summarize proposals, and coordinate with regional teams and leadership to drive contract approvals and successful onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate operations, project coordination, or project management experience
• Experience with RFI/RFP end-to-end procurement processes
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and strong communication abilities
• Highly organized, able to multi-task and collaborate with vendors and leadership

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage registrations and applications through the internal application portal; communicate with applicants to complete contract requirements
• Review and validate requirements to prepare PUMI submissions
• Support requests for credit for new and existing requests
• Update and maintain master information tables
• Report on application and contract status to regional teams and leadership
• Assist Admin with vendor/customer master management tasks
• Prepare RFI/RFP scope documents with internal stakeholders
• Create summaries of proposals submitted during RFI/RFP
• Assist with collection of internal evaluations for RFI/RFP
• Conclude RFI/RFP results for internal approval and next steps with contracts
