EMERGING ACQUISITIONS LLC seeks an RFP Analyst / Contract Specialist to lead the review and coordination of RFPs, RFIs, contracts, and related documents. This role partners with Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely submissions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in RFP/contract management, excellent communication, and strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex procurement language and drive high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in RFP management, proposal management, contract administration, procurement, or related field.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the review and analysis of RFPs, bid documents, contracts, and materials to identify requirements and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop compliant responses within deadlines.
• Translate requirements into actionable response plans, timelines, and compliance needs.
• Monitor milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables and issue resolution.
