Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience in contract negotiation, outsourcing strategies, onboarding, and vendor performance management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain vendor policies to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
• Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and follow standard procedures.
• Monitor vendor performance reviews, audits, and KPI compliance.
• Analyze vendor data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and improvements.
• Assist with RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
