Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead with hardware design and manufacturing experience for a Linthicum, MD location. You will lead an engineering team translating designs to production on a high-visibility program.

The role requires active Secret clearance to start, SAP clearance for continued employment, and demonstrated leadership in scheduling, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration. Onsite work and potential travel are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in engineering/ STEM with industry experience per the job posting.
• Experience with hardware design/integration and test.
• Active Secret clearance to start and ability to obtain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production for a time-critical program.
• Interface with factory test cells, Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Brief leadership on program progress to internal and external stakeholders.
