Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking Systems Integration & Test Engineers (Level 2) to perform hands-on integration, testing, and sell-off for advanced RF radar systems. The role is onsite full-time in Baltimore, requiring a Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SAP access.

You will develop and execute test plans, scripts (ASE, TCL), and automation tools, collaborating with hardware, firmware, and software teams to verify end-to-end performance and generate pass/fail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field required.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance required.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP access is required.
• Experience with RF lab test equipment (signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
• Experience debugging and resolving HW/SW/FW integration problems.
• Experience with MATLAB for coding, data analysis, and test scripting.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on integration, troubleshooting, and testing of RF sensor systems (hardware and software).
• Configure and operate RF lab test equipment to execute acceptance, sell-off, and regression tests.
• Review interconnect diagrams and HW configurations to set bench layouts.
• Conduct system bench integration and checkout, including RF paths and lab setups.
• Develop and maintain software test tools and MATLAB/Python-based scripts for testing.
• Serve as Test Director for system confidence tests and support qualification activities.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to verify system performance.
