Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on RF systems design, build, test, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and perform system tests.
• Experience using RF test equipment to design and troubleshoot RF systems.
• Knowledge of aviation communications and tactical systems.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, integrate, test, and optimize communications hardware.
• Configure, simulate, evaluate, and test RF systems and datalinks.
• Develop RF link budgets and desense reports.
• Create RF system interconnect diagrams and vendor management.
• Support cross‑disciplinary studies and vehicle integration trade‑offs.
