Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the technical scope for RF sensor products integrated onto missile platforms. You will oversee sensor requirements, architecture, system performance, development and testing, while interfacing with Program Managers and suppliers to ensure successful IT&E and verification on new platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering (or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience, strong project management, and a Secret

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering discipline, or equivalent with 7+ years of experience.
Strong project management experience.
Prior technical leadership and ability to manage complex projects with little oversight.
Prior customer communication and coordination.
Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams.
Secret Clearance is required to start.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to provide technical excellence for RF sensor products on new platforms.
Manage complex technical projects with little oversight and integrate leadership guidance.
Develop close working relationships with associate IPT leads and program teams.
Support proposal efforts with new adopting programs and coordinate with customers.
Travel as needed to support coordination efforts.
