Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the technical scope for RF sensor products integrated onto missile platforms. You will oversee sensor requirements, architecture, system performance, development and testing, while interfacing with Program Managers and suppliers to ensure successful IT&E and verification on new platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering (or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience, strong project management, and a Secret

The scope includes oversight of sensor requirements, architecture, system performance, and development and test of RF sensor products. This position reports to the RF Sensor Product Center Chief Engineer and will provide day-to-day interface with Program Managers, engineering leads of other disciplines, suppliers, adopting LM Program customers and external customers. The candidate will lead a team to provide technical excellence for the IT&E plans, execution, performance, integration, and verification of RF Sensor Product variants on to new platforms.

The candidate must be able to develop close working relationships with associate IPT Leads and program teams. The candidate must be able to support proposal efforts with new adopting programs.
Candidate must have a Secret Clearance and be able to travel in support of coordination efforts.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience with 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Prior technical leadership experience and ability to manage complex technical projects with little oversight.
  • Prior Customer communication and coordination.
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams
  • Secret Clearance is required to start.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
