Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years RF engineering experience.
• Expert in RF/microwave circuit design from concept to production.
• Strong system architecture development and requirements decomposition.
• Advanced simulation in SystemVue/ADS/HFSS/CST/Microwave Office.
• Radar/communications system design with link budget analysis.
• EMI/EMC design and MIL-STD-461/464 compliance.
• MATLAB proficiency for simulation and prototyping.
• Antenna theory and RF front-end architectures knowledge.
• Leadership and proposal development experience.

Responsibilities

• Define RF system architecture decisions and roadmaps.
• Act as technical authority for RF design, analysis, and test.
• Lead trade studies, risk assessments, and root-cause investigations.
• Mentor junior RF engineers and conduct technical training.
• Contribute to proposals with technical volumes and BOEs.
• Represent RF Engineering in reviews, TIMs, and engagements.
• Drive RF innovation through IRAD initiatives.
• Establish RF design standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with PMs, systems engineering, and leadership.
• Author and review technical publications and patent disclosures.
