Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA seeks an experienced RF Systems Architect to direct the design of RF circuitry and subsystem architectures for high-frequency/microwave applications. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate hardware layout, prototyping, testing, and ensure performance through TPMs and CAIV analyses.

Responsibilities include collaboration with Product Development and manufacturing during delivery, and guiding life cycle cost and reliability assessments to support mission

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline from an accredited college.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Experience in project management and mission systems development.
• Familiarity with CAM/EV techniques and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Direct RF system and circuitry architecture and design.
• Lead hardware layout, prototyping, and testing activities.
• Coordinate TPMs, life cycle costs, and reliability analyses.
• Collaborate with product development and manufacturing during delivery.
