Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL is seeking an RF Engineer to perform Radar Cross Section testing in a secure lab. You will work on RCS measurements using anechoic chambers, transmission tunnels, and other instruments, supporting concepts through prototype construction, measurement, analysis, and reporting.

The role requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, a degree in Electrical/related fields, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
• Active or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Optics (or related technical major) OR demonstrated experience in materials development/characterization, electromagnetics, radar cross section, low observables, survivability, mechanical design, optics, coatings, test and evaluation.
• Strong written and oral communication, capable of producing clear technical reports
• Collaborative team player
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to prioritze tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform Radar Cross Section (RCS) testing in an engineering development lab.
• Evaluate performance characteristics of materials, subcomponents, and system-level hardware.
• Support from concept design layout through prototype construction, measurement, analysis, and reporting.
