Job summary

Diamond Antenna & Microwave in Brockton, MA is seeking a Program Manager - RF Engineering to lead complex RF-based programs from concept to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, drive risk mitigation, and ensure on-time customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, RF, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in RF engineering or related aerospace/defense industries.
• 3+ years of engineering program or project management experience.
• Experience with RF design, antennas, microwave components, wireless comms.
• Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional RF/EE/ME/Software teams on engineering programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate design reviews, readiness reviews, and customer milestones.
• Monitor risks and mitigation to maintain schedule and cost objectives.
• Interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and executives.
• Track technical performance, cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Support proposals, project planning, and customer presentations.
• Manage ECRs, configuration changes, and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in program execution and collaboration.
