Job summary

Diamond Antenna & Microwave Corporation in Littleton, MA seeks a results-oriented Senior Business Development Engineer to drive new business and manage key customer relationships. You will translate customer requirements into technical proposals, collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance, and own opportunity quotes from identification to closure.

Travel up to 25% and participation in trade shows are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office; excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand US export regulations related to Diamond Antenna.

Responsibilities

• Create, identify, qualify, pursue, and win new business opportunities related to Diamond's products and capabilities.
• Manage sales and relationships with a subset of existing customers; act as the primary interface for Diamond.
• Generate quotes/proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs; coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel up to 25% to support new and existing business; participate in trade shows.
• Forecasting and reporting to Sales management; support marketing efforts.
