Technology Service Corporation seeks an Engineering Manager onsite in Massachusetts to lead RF/microwave, radar, and EW payload programs from concept to field deployment. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure milestones, and maintain technical rigor for rapid production readiness.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with IRAD initiatives within a defense context. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with 10+ years in DoD environment.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience developing and deploying engineering processes and practices.
• Background in RF/microwave design, radar architectures, or EW payloads.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: lead day-to-day CPC engineering execution and weekly priorities.
• Team Management & Process: mentor and resource a multidisciplinary team of hardware/software engineers.
• Technical Oversight: SME oversight for RF/microwave systems, radar architectures, EW payloads across NRE/production.
• Rapid Lifecycle Execution: drive concepts to field demos and transition to production.
• IRAD & Proposals: support IRAD programs and technical proposals aligning with customer demands.
