Job summary

Diamond Antenna & Microwave Corporation in Littleton, MA is seeking a proactive sales and business development professional to identify, qualify, and win new opportunities for Diamond’s RF products.

You will build strong technical proposals, manage key customer relationships, coordinate with engineering and production, and drive quotes, forecasts, and market reporting while traveling up to 25% to support customers and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Or minimum of 10 years working with RF rotary joints and understanding of technical aspects of rotary joints.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand US Export Regulations (US State Department and US Commerce Dept) as it relates to Diamond Antenna.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, analytical and organizational skills.
• Well organized, able to create and maintain electronic & manual files.
• Able to prioritize when multiple tasks are required to be performed.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to function independently.
• Positive Attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Diamond’s products and capabilities.
• Translate customer technical requirements from both verbal and written communications and generate technical proposals with internal support.
• Develop and maintain quotes/proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for review and acceptance of POs and proactively update customers on quotes and orders.
• Interact with Sales Team, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance; participate in forecasting as directed.
• Travel up to 25% to support new and existing business and travel to trade shows.
