Advanced Technology Search is seeking an RF Technical Program Manager in the SF Bay Area for a fast-growing maker of RF ICs, MMICs, and RF modules used in defense and wireless markets. You will manage customer technical questions across design and production stages while coordinating internal teams to meet customer requirements and project schedules.

The ideal candidate has RF-focused experience, a technical degree, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with an interest in a PM role.

Qualifications

• BSEE or technical degree with 3-8+ years of RF experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a TPM background or desire to move into PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers' technical questions at various stages of the design/production process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and drive activity to keep schedules.
