Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to advance RF/microwave designs for communications, measurement, and aerospace applications in Chelmsford, MA. You will join a team of leading RF professionals to develop high-performance MMICs and modules.

The role emphasizes GaAs/GaN device physics, EM simulation, and hands-on testing, with collaboration across multi-disciplinary groups and regular design reviews. US citizenship or green card is required for access to technical data.

Qualifications

  • MSEE/PhD in EE with 10+ years of RF/microwave experience.
  • US citizen or green card holder.
  • Proficiency with Cadence, ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro.
  • Knowledge of GaAs/GaN device physics and modeling.
  • PA linearization and efficiency experience is a plus.
  • Microwave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design.
  • RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques.
  • Excellent teamwork and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop RF/microwave designs for Communications, Test & Measurement, Industrial, and Aerospace/Defense.
  • Collaborate with RF engineers to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Mentor teammates and contribute to design reviews.
