Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a seasoned RF/microwave design engineer to develop world-class GaAs/GaN MMICs, including LNA/Driver and Power Amplifier MMICs, for Communications and Defense applications.

You will work with industry-leading RF professionals, applying advanced EDA tools and measurement techniques while contributing to a product-focused team that values collaboration, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications

• MSEE or PhD in EE with RF/microwave focus and 10+ years of experience.
• US citizenship or green card required.
• Proficiency with listed EDA tools.
• Knowledge of GaAs/GaN device physics.
• Experience in microwave/millimeter-wave designs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF/microwave MMICs and LNA/Driver/Power Amplifier MMICs.
• Collaborate with top RF/microwave professionals across projects.
• Support development for Communications, Test & Measurement Instrumentation, Industrial, and Aerospace & Defense.
