Job summary

RTX's Antenna and Microwave Department seeks an Engineer to design RF/microwave components and phased array systems for DoD-related missions. The role is onsite in Tewksbury, MA and involves hands-on testing, design analysis, and collaboration with production teams.

You will work on AESAs, CCAs, and RF subsystems, with travel to integration sites and customer facilities as needed. A bachelor’s in STEM and 2+ years in RF/microwave design are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields and 2+ years of relevant RF/Microwave experience.
• Experience with RF/microwave system design and testing.
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
• Integrate and test component- and system-level phased array hardware.
• Travel to integration sites and with customers may be required.
