Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced technical support professional in Arkansas to maintain and optimize complex communications systems, including RF and data infrastructure. The role requires strong networking and customer-facing skills, plus the ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

You will perform preventative maintenance, document results, and deliver weekly activity reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of RF systems, WAN/LAN, and networking concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot server hardware/OS and software infrastructure.
• Willingness to obtain required security clearance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for specialized systems and applications, incl. troubleshooting and optimization.
• Maintain, test, document, and support complex communications systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance with trend analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
• Deliver reports of activities and accomplishments weekly.
