Aumni seeks an experienced leader to own the end-to-end Fraud & Misuse operations workstream, partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to modernize processes and tooling. You will drive governance, define success metrics, and deliver measurable outcomes while reducing risk and improving customer experience.

The role emphasizes cross-functional influence, executive communication, and rigorous metrics to sustain improvements across the organization in a complex rewards

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud and/or misuse/abuse with ownership of measurable outcomes.
• Experience transforming operations and/or case management workflows with sustainable adoption.
• Strong analytical rigor and structured problem solving; able to quantify trade-offs and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Fraud/AML.
• Strong executive communications and concise updates for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, roadmap, governance, operating cadence, and success metrics for the Fraud & Misuse workstream.
• Maintain a single backlog and treatment roadmap; balance customer impact, feasibility, compliance, and economics.
• Redesign end-to-end processes and automate with playbooks, controls, and tooling enhancements.
• Drive root-cause problem solving and align feature roadmaps across applications for holistic coverage.
• Produce regular program reporting, track benefits, and lead incident governance and updates.
