JPMorgan Chase in Plano, TX is seeking a leader to own the end-to-end Fraud & Misuse operations for our Credit Card Rewards program. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional problem solving with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Fraud/AML, and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role requires 8+ years of fraud experience, strong executive communication, and a track record of transforming operations, governance, and metrics.

Formación

• 8+ years in fraud and/or misuse risk with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to transform operations and implement governance.
• Strong analytical rigor and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead through influence across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Fraud/AML.
• Strong executive communications with concise updates.
• Experience defining metrics, reporting, and benefits tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Set goals, roadmap, governance, operating cadence, and success metrics for the Fraud & Misuse workstream.
• Maintain a single prioritized backlog and treatment roadmap; balance customer impact, feasibility, compliance, and economics; drive remediation with measurements.
• Redesign end-to-end process workflow with playbooks, controls, automation, and tooling enhancements in partnership with Tech and Ops.
• Drive root-cause problem solving, align decisions across applications for holistic fraud & misuse treatment.
• Produce regular program reporting and lead incident governance and executive updates.
