Job summary

OfferUp seeks a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to span CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence. You’ll own Salesforce admin tasks, Zuora workflows, and Zendesk configuration, while maintaining HubSpot processes and cross-tool integrations.

You’ll also drive release management, leverage AI coding assistants, and document configurations to ensure reliable live operations across sales and CS teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience required; ADM 201 certification preferred.
• Exposure to Zuora or similar subscription/billing platforms.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable CS helpdesk platform.
• Experience with Git/GitHub release management in live environments.
• Experience using AI coding assistants to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce admin tasks: user mgmt, permissions, flows, data quality and reports.
• Manage Zuora billing workflows, catalog updates, and pricing config.
• Configure Zendesk, including views, triggers, macros, and reports.
• Maintain HubSpot hygiene and Salesforce-HubSpot sync.
• Own deployment lifecycle with GitHub branching, sandbox testing and rollouts.
