Job summary

Modern Treasury in New York is seeking a RevOps Systems Admin to own our revenue tooling—Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, and beyond. This is a hands-on role with a backlog: account hierarchy rebuild, new data models, lead routing redesign, and a customer lifecycle model.

You’ll design and ship changes with quick sign-off cycles, partner with Engineering to automate GTM tasks using AI, and ensure data integrity across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.

Qualifications

• In-depth Salesforce GTM experience with related tooling.
• Experience building and maintaining automated workflows across the GTM stack.
• Ability to design and ship major system redesigns with fast sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fields, flows, validation rules, and layouts in Salesforce.
• Draft routing and workflow configurations across LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot.
• Lead major system redesigns: account hierarchy, data models, lead routing, lifecycle.
• Identify and automate repetitive GTM workflows with engineering and AI agents.
• Use AI daily in build processes and ensure quality of outputs.
