Truffle Security is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to define and build the RevOps function from the ground up. You will own the end-to-end GTM operations architecture, spanning Salesforce and the broader tech stack, creating scalable pipelines, attribution, lead routing, scoring, and enrichment.

You will lead Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success ops, establish a single source of truth for revenue data, and implement deal desk, quoting, and forecasting processes to support both enterprise

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles in technology companies.
• Deep Salesforce expertise and ability to architect RevOps on a modern stack.
• Experience building and leading a RevOps function, ideally as first leader.
