Job summary

Reco is seeking a highly technical, hands-on RevOps Application Manager to own the systems, automation, and technical infrastructure that power our GTM organization. You will center Salesforce in our GTM ecosystem and partner with RevOps and cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

This role requires building, troubleshooting, and continuously improving our GTM tech stack, from lead management and routing to forecasting, deal desk, and renewals.

Qualifications

4–7+ years in Salesforce development/RevOps or similar technical role.
Advanced Salesforce Flow expertise and complex automation.
Proficient Apex development and debugging.
Strong understanding of data models, security, and SOQL.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
Salesforce certification required.
Excellent technical documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

Own the GTM systems architecture for the revenue stack.
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex, validation rules, and automation.
Translate RevOps requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations with HubSpot, Gong, and other tools.
Own development lifecycle from design to deployment and release management.
Maintain data quality and CRM hygiene.
Partner with RevOps and cross-functional leaders to enable GTM processes.
