• Partner with VP RevOps to define bi-annual roadmap and translate priorities into initiatives.
• Oversee forecasting, analytics, and KPI governance with AI-enabled processes.
• Coach and develop direct reports and associate teams.
• Represent RevOps in executive forums and drive accountability across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product.
