Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a strategic RevOps leader to shape GTM partnerships and operational analytics. You will own forecasting, analytics, and ROI frameworks for the Affiliates program, guiding a team of analysts and collaborating with leadership to optimize payouts and growth.

You’ll drive quarterly performance reviews, surface insights before they become issues, and build scalable processes across Land, Activate, and Expand. This remote-first role thrives on ambiguity and ownership.

Qualifications

• Analytically sharp with forecasting models and ROI analyses.
• Experience building cohorts, activation metrics, and LTV analyses.
• Proven cross‑functional leader capable of guiding GTM initiatives.
• Strong communication skills across managers to senior directors.
• Experience owning a high‑value partnership or contract program.
• Track record in high‑growth SaaS environments with real‑time process creation.

Responsibilities

• Own the RevOps narrative across strategic conversations with Affiliates.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and analytics, designing and maintaining the operating plan.
• Track performance, diagnose deviations, and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Build and sustain an analytics framework for affiliate performance and activation.
• Design and automate operational processes and ROI frameworks across the program.
