Job summary

GSTV is seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Operations to build and lead its commercial operating backbone. You will own planning, forecasting, incentives analytics, and executive reporting, creating governance across processes and systems.

The role requires leading a RevOps function, assessing current capabilities, and implementing a practical roadmap with strong cross‑functional collaboration. Hybrid/remote work options are available with NYC alignment.

Qualifications

8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
Experience building or redesigning RevOps with governance and cadence.
Strong analytical skills using Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and data governance.

Responsibilities

Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reviews including forecast and pipeline.
Lead annual planning for segmentation, territories, quotas, and capacity.
Define governance, deal thresholds, and escalation paths with Sales leadership.
Develop deal desk capabilities and pricing guardrails to improve margins.
Deliver executive dashboards connecting activity to outcomes from pipeline through revenue.
