Job summary

Talon.One is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support GTM teams with operational tasks during a tooling integration into a larger organization. You will document processes, train users, and maintain go-to-market tools from provisioning to deprovisioning.

You will work with a 5-person RevOps team that aligns Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Post Sales on common tools and processes. This role emphasizes problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting logic.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS GTM concepts like lead management and sales pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to troubleshoot tooling and processes.
• Interest in growing from day-to-day ops to identifying problems and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for global GTM teams.
• Support data hygiene, CRM compliance, and clearly document processes.
• Create training materials and support trainings for the GTM team, including onboarding new hires.
• Own provisioning, deprovisioning, and maintenance of go-to-market tools.
• Spot process gaps, reporting inconsistencies, and CRM risks and escalate when needed.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy through regular entry and audits and understand marketing funnel metrics.
