Job summary

Order.co is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations in New York to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance around a unified revenue strategy. You will build scalable processes, governance, and dashboards to improve predictability across the customer lifecycle.

You will partner with executives, translate strategy into revenue plans, and lead the RevOps function as Order.co scales its B2B SaaS platform with a data-driven approach and strong operational rigor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related roles.
• 5+ years leading teams at senior level in scaling SaaS.
• Strong ownership of forecasting, analytics, and revenue planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into a scalable revenue operating plan.
• Lead annual/quarterly revenue planning, territory, quota, and capacity.
• Develop KPIs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance.
• Build revenue forecast models and executive dashboards.
• Own RevOps governance: data, system definitions, and source of truth.
• Drive GTM process improvements and reduce revenue leakage.
