Job summary

GSTV is seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Operations to build and lead the commercial operating backbone, owning processes, systems, data, and cadence that support revenue execution. This leader will establish governance across planning, forecasting, analytics, and executive reporting.

The role requires prior RevOps build or major redesign with hands-on implementation experience and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Ops.
• Experience building or redesigning RevOps functions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reviews covering forecast, pipeline movement, productivity, yield, and progress vs plan.
• Lead annual planning for segmentation, coverage, territories, quotas, and capacity.
• Define and enforce commercial governance including decision rights, policies, and deal authority thresholds.
• Rapidly assess GSTV's current RevOps capabilities, identify gaps, and implement a practical roadmap.
• Coordinate Revenue Operations processes across Sales and Marketing, partnering with Finance, Product & Tech, Measurement, and Ad Operations.
