Job summary

Hyperexponential is seeking a senior RevOps leader to redefine how our revenue engine operates across Sales, Marketing and Customer success. You’ll lead architecture, drive multi-market processes and work with enterprise accounts to maximize leverage through data and automation.

You will partner with senior leaders, design scalable operating rhythms, and shape the technology stack to support rapid growth in a transforming, AI-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Led Revenue Operations or GTM Ops in a high-growth B2B business.
• Experience across Sales, Marketing and Customer funnels.
• Partnered with senior commercial leaders to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RevOps strategy across Sales, Marketing and Customer.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline, territory and capacity planning.
• Run QBRs, Pipeline Councils and data-driven cadences.
• Redesign workflows with AI and automation, identifying where to automate.
• Collaborate with Finance and Strategy on growth planning and resource allocation.
• Own RevOps technology roadmap for multi-product, multi-market needs.
