Job summary

Truffle Security is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own the entire GTM stack, aligning sales, marketing, and CS ops on a single source of truth. You will build from the ground up, including a deal desk, forecasting, compensation design, and annual planning.

You’ll partner with Finance, Sales leadership, and the executive team to create scalable processes, drive data integrity, and enable rapid, informed decision making across the revenue organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM operations at B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years leading the function

Responsibilities

• Own the full GTM operations stack, including sales, marketing, and CS ops
• Strengthen Salesforce into a coherent architecture with clean data and trusted reporting
• Build and govern deal desk, pricing approvals, and quote-to-close workflows
• Own marketing operations infrastructure that captures, routes, and nurtures leads
• Develop compensation design and modeling across sales and SDR functions
• Own forecast methodology, cadence, and tooling with an executive-level process
• Lead annual planning including territory design, capacity planning, and quotas
• Oversee GTM tech stack: vendor selection, contracts, and budget
• Codify lead routing, attribution, and opportunity stage definitions in-system
• Grow the team with a GTM Engineer and one current Business Systems member
