Job summary

Vouch is seeking a RevOps-focused professional to own the Horizon revenue lifecycle, ensuring clear, instrumented processes and accurate Salesforce data. You will design GTM workflows, run pipeline reviews, and partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing startup.

The role requires deep Salesforce proficiency and a track record of implementing operational standards in a startup environment. Hybrid work from our Chicago office is available.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM operations with a track record designing and implementing processes.
• Fluent in Salesforce-driven workflows and data standards.
• Ability to partner with leadership and field teams to improve process adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational layer for Horizon's revenue lifecycle and ensure a frictionless process.
• Design and maintain Horizon's GTM workflows and lifecycle definitions in Salesforce.
• Run and prepare Horizon pipeline reviews with hygiene standards and accurate data.
• Shadow advisors to understand real-world process, identify friction and divergence.
• Provide actionable feedback on data quality gaps and workflow breakdowns.
• Maintain a continuous improvement roadmap for Horizon processes within RevOps.
